Taking a warm (or hot) soak in the tub is magical all on its own and will do wonders for your spirit, your mood and yes, even your body. Making a salt water bath soak will only amp up the intensity!
I've been taking salt baths since I was 17. I remember I got really sick and one of the women I worked with gave me her tried and true recipe for a ginger salt bath. I went home and tried it out and I have been hooked ever since! Anytime I am not feeling good, I resort back to ginger salt baths. I don't exclusively use them when I'm feeling under the weather, in fact, I think just about any bath time is the right time for a salt soak. Am I alone in this? Judging how popular my bath salts are, I don't think so!
Himalayan sea salt comes from the foothills of the Himalayan mountains. 250 million years ago, the sea water was not polluted with manmade chemicals and once the sea beds dried up, the salt was protected by time as the snow and ice covered the dried up sea beds. Because of this protection, Himalayan salt is considered one of the purest salts on earth, and that is why it is the base of our bath salts.
A magical star ingredient, Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, contains many minerals, including magnesium, potassium calcium and iron. Magnesium is a key player in the salt's ability to induce relaxation. Magnesium helps to calm the nervous system and can even help with pain management. Magnesium also helps to relieve headaches and improve circulation.

Halo Aynie's Aromatherapy Bath Salts are made with all natural Pink Himalayan Salt from the foothills of the Himalayas. Paired with your favorite essential oils, these salts are sure to elevate your mood. We do not add any fillers to our bath salts, just pure, natural goodness in a jar. Create the perfect bath by adding a handful or two of Halo Aynie's Bath Salts to warm water, stir the bath by hand. The salts will melt in the water, but it will take a little time for them to fully break down, You will see pretty pink salt sink to the bottom of the tub before it all melts into the water. How long should you soak? Listen to your body to tell you when you have soaked long enough. Enjoy the scented salts!
